Verizon just announced their Home LTE service. No data caps. Nothing about throttling, though...
For those of you that get a Verizon signal, it might be worth looking in. The price looks really good.
For some odd reason, it does not appear to cover all of their current service areas, so check availability.

They appear to be very smart in how they plan their deployments. Smart as in keeping their pockets lined.
