Check Engine Light (Icon) came on as the Regen light appeared tonight. So odd. I've never had an issue with the regen process....Not once.
Was mowing engine oil checked out OK before venturing out with it...Old habit.

I'd been mowing for an hour or two everything operating normally.
Medium (HST) Speed
2500 rpm's
Temp Gauge showing normal temp. Smack on top of the arrow.
Engine just purring.
350+ hrs on the clock

It was 5:30. So I just parked it in the shed and promised to get up under her in the morning. :D

Any ideas on where to start, Guys?

That indicates that your soot load in the DPF is between 100-140%
Start your tractor and let it complete a regen cycle it should correct itself.

It does not make a lot of sense as you have been putting over an hour on the tractor per time. This should only happen if you don't let the engine get warm enough to regen or cancel the regen.

There's never, ever, been an issue with the DPF cycle.

I guess we'll just have to put this one under the catagory of:
If you can't recreate it for the dealer/mechanic...it never happened.
I went out this morning. Fired her up without a Check Engine Constant on the dash.

Go figure! A machine making a liar out of it's owner.
Ran it at 2500 RPMs for 2 hours mowing more acreage.
Not a whimper, not a bit of abnormal behavior.

I'd read the manual as to a blinking Check Engine icon but nothing
pertaining to a constant.
Until LS allows it's owners to have access to the stored trouble codes stored in the BCMs, we're stuck
with what we can recreate for the mechanic/dealers.

Thanx, Knute
