Thanks guys I appreciate the feedback. Bigtoolrack is proudly made in the USA! I am doing my best to reduce the cost without taking it overseas like most other companies do......I think it's important to keep the American people working especially with my product an All American tractor attachment. Believe me there is not much margin in this product out of the gate it is made of the highest quality and right now we are running smaller quantities. But as I ramp this business up my hope is to reduce the cost and pass the saving onto my customers. Thank you for your support I am proud to be part of tractorbynet!

Very nice concept. I particularly like the castors already mounted. Right now I use a ballast box (filled with bricks) that I can throw a few things into (ie: chainsaw + 2stroke petrol can) but its primary use is as counter balance ballast for handling rounds of hay or for 4in1 bucket work. If this product incorporated a ballast function/feature it would be more versatile.

And I understand your pride in the product AND that the USA is a huge market... just remember that TBN is an international kind of place, Mate. :)

Great product, even greater ethic of building quality in the states. I cant find a use for this one yet, but will keep my eyes open. Keep up the great work Tim!

Your can't carry anything on a tractor so many people put tools in their bucket and forget they are there scoop dirt or something up and damage them.

I did that once with a chainsaw, toolbox, etc... in my front bucket. Scooped up some dirt and then dumped it to see everything else spill out on top. Talk about a dope slap to the head....

Thank you for the comments we are going to have a great year at Bigtoolrack you always get the nay Sayers for those folks even if it was $100 they wouldn't buy it anyway..... The product just makes sense! Have had many folks buy the rack and save them a lot of time on projects. Your can't carry anything on a tractor so many people put tools in their bucket and forget they are there scoop dirt or something up and damage them. Not anymore. That's the goal make life easier.

Have a great weekend!

I know what you mean regarding cost to manufacture in USA vs. overseas. I was seroiusly contimplating marketing my idea, but too quicly came to realize my material cost wa near 3x my inital estimate and to manufacture the labor was 4 - 5 times my swag. I should know better as I am a 30 year plus mechanical engineer.

What I find even more amazing is the actual low cost of Chinese merchanise.

I recently bought items shipped direct where the freight cost was double the price of the hardware, but even considering the total cost with AIR freight was 3-4 X less than domestic. Another example, for replacement parts for my excavator, the cost with freight was 1/8 of OEM! Thats just wrong, There should be unions overseas.

Very nice looking product and the design looks great. I have to agree that the price is just too high, I hope everything works out great and you can get your costs down as I believe that will really help your sales. Good luck and again nice work

Hopefully we don't discourage the manufacturer too much. The problem here is that this forum is filled with doityourselfers who will somewhat balk at the price. Many here are able to build something similar that can be exactly tailored to what they want for far less money and probably enjoy the project. Many that don't have the time/skills/equipment will see it as a bargain.

Hopefully the responses you get here of "too much money" don't force the manufacturer to cheapen the product or send it overseas. We have enough harbor freight items imho.
