I have the deck on one end of the house. So up only 1/2-way on the 6ft ladder. Then with the power washer, blast 80ft for straight gutters each side. It gets squeaky clean. If it's really dry, the leaf blower, nut it takes longer. LOLGetting pine needles out of roof gullies and other traps is definitely a chore, but an important one. FWIW: I have moved to cleaning the gutters from the ground with an extended nozzle for my leaf blower. They are brand specific, but there are universal ones, too.

(No, that's not me...)
I also use the long nozzle from the ground to blow leaves off the roof.
All the best,
Peter
Now, the down gutters, leaf blast them upwards from the base.
So, back OT, I'm really attracted to this cleaning method. 50% of our hoe heating is with wood. We knock off all bark and are really selective with the quality of wood burned to keep the creole levels to a minimum. For a Chimney Sweep guy to come out, it's $250 a pop !
This is not a savings heating with wood then. DIY safety to clean makes the savings even better!
