You have my curiosity up, as it would be a good option. Haven't seen any pull-type PTO run chippers. Just 3 ph type PTO run, and if they are direct drive, then the chipper head runs too slow to blow chips out. If the head is belted up to a higher rpm, then likely the 425 would run shy on power to get it to run.
They also seemingly would be too heavy to carry on the rear 3 ph arms of the 425.
But if you find something, would sure like to know. I came close to buying a PTO driven chipper for my 4300 until I learned that it was direct drive and plugged up often due to the low rpm. I passed on it.

I have a direct drive chipper. It runs at 540 PTO rpm. I do have the HP to run it, very hard to bog it down. That said the only plugging I've had was due to what I tried to chip, not rpm. Fresh cuttings with lots of big green leaves, vines, real fine brush (lots of small twigs) is what has caused plugging for me.
I've learned to wait for the leaves to dry up and alternate big stuff with twiggy stuff to prevent plugging.
I think the 425's lack of HP at the PTO and lift capacity was the two issues.

I have a DR chipper that is pto operated an came with the cat 0 hitch it works okay but is smaller than I would prefer. Much rather have one with a larger throat to make feeding knarly branches easier. This chipper has a belt drive to increase the cutter speed to about 2500 rpm (guessing here). I have used it behind the x749 wiithout bogging down. Large enough to feed a 3" branch or better, but best for smaller stuff.
I like the convenience of driving under the trees to be trimmed and chipping the cuttings without alot of transfer movement and traveling across the lawn areas with larger equipment.
