DeeDubya - - - I found the same problem with the Jinma release. Ended up taking it off and just putting a handle on the release. I also put a stop so I could hold the release handle in the release position for when I get things stuck which still does happen - - but not as often. Mostly when I try to feed too big a large forked branch.

I chipped for about 4 hours yesterday and the only problem I had was the clutch for the feed rolller would disengage on it's own sometime. It seems that when the chute got filled with small branches and leaves it would pop open and then re-engage on it's own. I couldn't see what was actually causing it unless it was just the overload on the feed drive. I doubt that since once when a large limb got caught behind it and stopped it, it did not open and smoked the belt.
