After reading these discussion threads for weeks, no MONTHS, you all have convienced me that the Kubota is the one to buy.... now all i have to do is figure out which one.  I'm talking with two owners selling used tractors which are listed below.  I have 5AC of which 2 are pasture, 2 are woods and 1 is lawn.  Rolling hills in some spots.  Would like to do some 'excavation' work down in the creek bed and hoping I can do that with a tiller and FEL.  Will also want to be 'finish' mowing the acre and perhaps the pasture.  Also, moving a lot of 'stuff' from one place to another.
My question is this: For the type of work I'll be doing, this much land, this type of terrain, etc. which model is best for (a) getting the jobs done; (b) safety; (c) price to value ratio?
The tractors under consideration are as follows:
#1 - 1999- B2710, 61 Hrs, FEL & toothbar, Granger Box Blade.
Asking price of $14,245.
#2 - 2000 - B2910, 175 Hrs, NO FEL, NO Implements.
Asking price of $10,500.
My other choice is to go with a B7500 from a great dealer in Dunn, NC. Carver Equipment Co.
