I just added a LA765 loader from a dealer a week or so. I had the same thing. The lines from the block to the valve to the joystick controller were swapped. The loader functioned fine but the 3-pt would only work with the loader controller and the 3-pt lever together. I called the dealer, they sent the diagram saw which lines were crossed. I swapped them, and works normally. Easy fix and I didn't have to trailer 130 mile roundtrip....
Well I went and checked everything (A,B and C) based on the pdf you attached. It looks like those lines are hooked up correctly.

Do you think it could be the loader lines hooked up incorrectly? I'm referring to the colored ones with the quick connects. They all seems to match in the ports, but perhaps they are not attached correctly at the loader? If anyone has instructions for the LA765 hydraulic lines that would be great!

Thanks! I thought it would be something simple like that. I'll try the swap this afternoon. Anything I should be aware of when switching the lines? I haven't worked with hydraulics a lot.
There was very little dripped from the hrydraulic fluid when I switched. Just enough wipe a small rag. It was easier than I thought.

I think the problem might be caused by low hydraulic fluid. I checked the levels and it's just barely on the dipstick. I'll head out Monday and top it off to see if that fixes the problem.

Do you think that could be the problem?

Nice looking setup! I'm waiting on my grapple and planning to install my 3rd function valve today. Do you have any tips for how to wire the 3rd function? I've seen a bunch of videos on the install, but everyone skips over the wiring part. I'm guessing because it's taken for granted that people will know how to do it.
I connected to the spare wire under the right side fender that is used for a work light. I will eventually put work lights so I will have to find another spot, probably under the dash. I didn't use straight to the battery because I didn't want it always "hot"

Sorry, I was hoping that was the same easy fix that I had. I would make sure the right amount of fluid first. I dont think it will matter which the up/down curl of the loader. Its sound like the loader is functioning properly. It's more about the flow of the fluid properly through the system.

I appreciate you sending that to me. It was nice to be able to check those connections and see that they were in fact correct. I'm eager to get the transmission fluid to the right level on Monday and see what happens. I'll report back then.

I spent some time going down the rabbit hole of what type of transmission fluid to use in my L4701. Did you come to a conclusion about that?

Call your dealer... this is a new unit, it's their problem. If the oil is low... let them top it off. On their dime...

It's a used machine. But I will be calling the dealer.

Thanks. How is the connection actually made. Do you solder it on, is there some type of connected the clamps onto the wire? It seems I should know how to do it, but I'm in the dark. :)
