One excellent point in this thread, unfortunately not necessarily related to the OP topic is:
If machines were built today with the relative quality of yesterday they'd be unaffordable.
That is a very interesting point. How is it that that may be the case?
Have costs really outpaced income that much?
My 1970's Kubota B6000e was a tank, very simple, very very reliable and very strong for it's size.
My Kioti is similar in many ways, but I can't see the electronics or the like lasting anywhere hear as long as my old Kubota did??
