I'm sorry but that is too hard to read without periods and full sentences. I got about 3 lines in and stopped.

LOL This is perhaps one of the longest run on sentences I've ever seen. It's also completely devoid of any punctuation must less capitalization making it difficult to read and comprehend so I won't bother. If you don't care, why should I?

I know my dealer and staff by first name. I stop in from time to time to just talk shop with the mechanic and salesman. Get to know the parts counter help also.
hugs, Brandi

Common Core English perhaps.

I normally hate grammar police, but that WAS awful, my 10th grade English teacher would be spinning in her grave if she read that atrocity.

Back to the OP's question, I visited several dealers before I bought my 4035. Some I walked into, (not just Mahindra dealers), were just plain sad. They reminded me of dealerships that time forgot. Brochures everywhere, cluttered desks, and salesman that had to look up specs for very common questions. They acted like they could care less whether you bought a tractor or not. The service area is another indicator that I look for; and this particular dealer didn't disappoint. Crap was everywhere, parts strewn here and there; it looked more like a place that tractors go to die rather that be fixed.

My dealer here in Michigan has been top shelf, I've had a few issues, minor ones, and they always fixed the problem quickly and didn't skimp on the repairs. I would give them a plug, but I'm not sure on forum rules regarding that, since I just joined the forum yesterday.

Just outside of Longview going West

That would be Kelly, on West Loop 281. Disappointing, to say the least. They're a "Red Carpet" dealer, or was as of the last list.

Kelly is a good dealership.... one twisted situation like this wouldn't change my mind if anyone was planning on using them.

Hello everyone. Have i got a story for yall! Also need advice. I bought a M85P mahindra in jan of 2014. The reason being I also own a 7520 which I have put through plenty of hard ship and had no promblems. I needed a larger tractor with more hp and a cab since my 86 year old father is still helping with the hay. I thought a cab would be nice. well, thinking I bought a 2015 which was the price I paid, we were ready to go upon delivery of my new tractor. The dealer unloaded it and left. I fired her up and moved the forks and hay spear and decided to run it up the road to see how she run. Couldn't hardly sit in the cab from from all the wobble and vibration. I called dealer and he said drive it a little and see if it get's better. It didn't so he said the rims are bent. After a month waiting on each they were changed and no better. So I said it's the tires. Well the dealer I bought from droped mahindra. I called the region man. He had another dealer come and pick it up. They had it for a month, brought it back and guess what, no better. I also sent a list of other things wrong and they said they fixed them all. Guess what, they fixed nothing. I called region man again and he agreed to change tires. It fix the wobble. I also had air cond issues. When i cut hay had to open windows. They said to much freon in it. Well I started brush hogging and it was 80 outside and 78 in cab with air wide open. I called the region man again he said send it to local dealer. I called them and they came and picked it up. They called and said we got it fixed and brought it back. Charged me 120.00 for hauling it 13 miles so not happy. I started bush hogging again and guess what, 83 outside and 80 in cab with air wide open. I know this is long but I wanted to tell my store and maybe get some advice from yall. To top off the situation,I went to change oil and filters in it and they weren't the same. I called the region man and said" hey something fishie here" He said your tractor is 2015 so they should be right. Well I checked SN# and guess what, it was a 2013. I called him back and he said it's 2015 like he said. Well finding out it was a 2013 by SN# I had him give me the number in Tex to call. I called and talked to woman and told her my story. She asked me what I wanted mahandra to do. well, I said you wouldn't go to a car lot and buy a 2013 and pay 2015 price would you? She said no and I said me neither. She took down all info from me and said she would get back with me. That was 8 monthes ago and haven't heard from her. I called her 18 times but no answer, just machine. I leave messages and no reply back. I know I was stupid to buy from someone I didn't know but thought mahindra would back their product. Well that's the story so far. How about some advice men
Any better?
