Honestly I think anything would have been sufficient... given the abuse the loader on my tractor has seen and it just has holes drilled in rectangle tubing you will be just fine. Just a note though, in about a year I think I'll be redoing many of the joints on my loader... it's quite wobbly, getting better every time I fix something but still annoying...
