Hey, guys....
Hope I'm not intruding, but Happy holidays to all of you-- like others, I'm sure I've saved a bunch of $ by keeping up with posts on this forum, and really appreciate the comaraderie that I see & feel here.
Eddie, your son, Peyton (?) -- what's that funny-looking hat on his head? It sure doesn't look like the hats I see around here...
My kids are grown (daughter 32, son 28), but son (Doug) has come to visit from Las Vegas and daughter (Wendy) lives with us, along with her son, Jason (7 now). Re-cycled Doug's old HO gauge train set (new transformer) for Jason for Christmas; he's been involved with it now for 3 days, now has bridge/underpass, tunnel (empty cereal box), with his planes forming the "airport."
Eddie, be careful what you give your kids to play with-- Doug started out with old computers, learning how to soup them up as I did cars-- now, he makes a lot more money than I do, for sure! One of the few in his field, I suspect, that has hardware as well as software experience. (Musta spent too much time with the ol' man tearin' stuff apart....) Daughter went & enlisted in the Navy's Nuke Program.... imagine that!
Kids are sure interesting-- I'm having a great time watching how Jason turns out. Best to all you & your families in the new year.
