Kubota M62 Tractor Loader Backhoe
The M62 is part of Kubota's construction line of machines, and is built much more robustly than its agriculture line.

The Diesel engine is equipped with a regeneration based pollution control system that doesn't require Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF).
The hydrostatic transmission has three forward speed ranges and one reverse, with speed and direction controlled by a single rocker style foot pedal. Power steering is standard, so this is a very easy to run machine, almost as simple as driving a car.
The front end loader is fitted with a pair of hydraulic ports that can power a 4-in-1 bucket or grapple.
Unlike most TLBs out there, the backhoe is easily removed and three point hitch lifting arms can be installed to allow the use of box blades, scrapers, rippers, and other ground engaging implements.
The three point lifting arms are fitted with Pats Quick Hitch to make mounting and dismounting three point implements much easier.
It's also fitted with a power takeoff at the rear, so it will run rotary and flail mowers, augers, generators, , and other three point implements.
There are three pairs of hydraulic ports on the rear of the tractor that can power the two cylinders on the Top'n'Tilt, a side shift cylinder on a mower, and other hydraulic implements.
The backhoe is fitted with a foot pedal controlled thumb so trees, rocks and whatever else can be grasped and lifted easily.
The 12" and 24" backhoe buckets are fitted with quick attach so changing between the two is quick and easy.
Six inch spacers are fitted to the rear wheels for added stability and safety when operating on steep grades.
This TLB was made in 2016 and has about 630 hours on it. The hours will continue to accumulate as I use it to maintain the property here. All maintenance is up to date, and everything works as it should.
The only damage is the plastic surround in front of the radiator, the cracks in which have been wired back together.
The only thing that annoys me about this tractor is the operator presence switch in the seat, which, when the tractor is underway, will turn off the engine ignition if my weight isn't squarely centered in the seat. It doesn't happen often, but it's annoying when it does. I don't weigh a lot (155 lbs. soaking wet), and pushing down on the differential lock or turning around so I can watch a box blade or scraper is when it usually happens. Lifting my foot off the go pedal will resume engine function before it quits all together.
This tractor is heavily accessorized as indicated in the list of options below.
