Ok more info found out. Public records are so fun

Lakes guy ask state if he had rights to the land they clearly said no
Permit filed with his name as land owner after that
Environmental study done the said hold added water in the lake will help nothing as lake is too small

Plans for permits show all houses on lake but mine so to make it look like all they affected was empty land

Still no contact from the lakes people
I think I have them thinking or scrambling

Well last week I went to their meeting
Told them their own study shows it is not needed
Told them they used false info to get permits and I think that is against the law
Told them their executive violated freedom of info request he denied it and was upset when I had records with me
Told them they had violated the terms of the permit

And now I have a state house rep involved
Also have everyone on this lake and the one down stream signing a partition they do not want the dam

Have also found on another lake they are removing an asbestos seawall. Without proper certificated workers. Going to hit them on this at the next meeting

Very long story
But in short I showed facts
Had them on lots of lies in writing
They surveyed again to prove their point it proved mine
State pulled the permits from them


Now I have been taking notes for a long time and have them on far more lies with other projects
Just buying my time
