I'm sure someone already asked this, but I can't find the thread on this topic under kioti forum. Does a ck27 come prewired for auxiliary lights? If so, where is the plug/connection? I will be running LEDs on my new toy in the next few weeks.... Any help or guidance is appreciated,
?

Here is where the wires are on the "white" version. Imagine it should be the same on Kioti.

Thanks.... but, what do you mean by the "white"version... is bobcat made by Kioti? Or is it the otherway around? I know that Bobcat used Kubota engines for years, but I did not realize there was a Kioti connection...

Both tractors are made by Daedong. Daedong owns Ktioti. Kitoti is just the "Brand Name" put on it for North American sales and now starting to show up in other countries as well.
New McCormick & Landini are also the same tractor.

Glad to be of some help. I am still working with mine, on the second try now. I have not yet mastered the connections or the attachment of the lights. I chose not to drill into the ROP, and have had difficulty with a good "outside the ROP" setup. Currently, I am using cpvc pipe, does not look so good but is working. I attached to the wire just under the right side of the tool box (if you are looking at the tractor from the rear). Not sure if the CK27 has the exact setup as the CK30 or not.

Good luck.

This is how I wired ROP lights, back work light, and a power socket on my 07 DK45SE HST. Don't know how similar it is to your CK27. I did not use the existing "hot" wire at rear of tractor. I wanted to save that for anything that comes up in the future.

I wanted the ROP lights and rear work light to be on own switches and powered off hot side of fuse block through relays. I wanted power socket powered through the spare fuse off ignition switch side of fuse block

I solder and heat shrink every connection I can

Again this is a DK45, but I hope it helps you.

where did you get your parts from?

Relays and switches are from NAPA. Lights I think walmart. They are 55w halogens that a lot of places carry. Power socket I had laying around. I use marine grade wire and connections. There is a big commericial marine store not that far away. They did not have any switches that were as well constructed as the NAPA ones. They have lived outside with the tractor now for a year with no problems.

Where did you get the switch plate and how did you wire the power outlet??

The switch plate is just the blank on the dash that was on the tractor. It is fairly soft plastic. I outlined base of switch on the blank. Drilled 2 holes with a drill close to diameter of switch outline. Then I trimed to the outline with an exacto knife. Switches are designed to push in hole in dash and latch.

As far as wiring the power socket, I used the spare fuse on the fuse block. I used 2 small screwdrivers to press the prongs in to release unwired connector from fuse block. I crimped and soldered a 14 ga wire to connector and ran wire underneath the tractor following existing wires to rear and then under left console beside seat. I attached this wire to center terminal of socket. Then I ran a ground wire form outside terminal on socket to near by bolt that was threaded to tractor frame.

I used the male/female plugs on the back of the tractor. Those are activated with the ignition key only, so I installed LED toggle switch. The switch is red when the lights are off, and green when I turn them on. Used existing hole for the switch, so no drilling there. Ran the cables thru the upper pivot opening in ROPS... Wires will not get pinched unless ROPS are pushed all the way down.... Drilled one hole on top to pull the wires to the lights.... Not worried about that mod at all. Lights are LEDs from northern tool... 69 bucks each. I'm really happy with the brackets I got from messics.... 30 bucks each and ability to swivel the lights around. I will report on brightness in a few days. Overall pretty happy how this set up turned out.

Looks great, and I agree with the safety of the modification to ROPS. You have given me some thoughts for my third try, after the ones I have give out. Question: Did you regular electrical wire from switch to the lights?

I used 16 gauge electrical wire I found at pepboys. Here are a few more pics....

Tested the lights snow clearing my driveway last night... We got 16 inches of snow and I could not wait to get some seat time on the kioti. Lights worked perfect... Like them do much that I will add a LED light bar to the top of the ROPS to improve forward visibility.

Installed a 24 inch led light bar using the other set of wires available for hook up. 7200 lumens!
