The suspension seat on the CK20 does not fold up. The backhoe is farther away from the tractor for a reason, you need that leverage of the tractor's weight farther from the fulcrum (stabilizers) so that you are not constantly lifting the tractor up.

I do not recall that about the CK20 seat and it is no longer here. That
would best be changed, too.

As for the forces generated by even the smaller hoes, all of them can
toss a 2000lb tractor around. You are correct that a hoe attachment
mounted farther rearward will be less likely to tip up the front end. It is
still a fitment compromise as you can see that all integrated TLBs, even
the very light ones like the BX24TLB/BT601 mount their hoes very close
in to the back of the tractor. Among Kiotis, the LK3054TLB/2376 is the
most integrated and close-in mounted.

Be careful about changing that suspension seat. It is $600 of bottom line comfort for all the non BH functions of the tractor.
