How do you use the rear snow blower with the back window on? Is the chute controlled remotely? On my Meteor, I have to manually crank the chute around, so I would need the back window off or wide open.
My chute is manually operated as well. Luckily, my driveway is pretty straight so I turn it to one side and make a long pass. Then get out and turn it to the other side, turn the tractor around and make another long pass back down the drive. About 4-5 passes depending on snow depth and it's done. One of these days, I would love to setup a chute adjuster via an electric motor or hydraulically driven from the rear remotes. How do you use the rear snow blower with the back window on? But then I would lose all the heat inside the cab.Maybe just take the back window out.
Show off!Lucky for me, i don't get off the tractor to operate the chute![]()
KiotiKarl, just curious, but what did that system cost??? It is neat, no doubt about it.
I do not need the hydraulics to maneuver for distance, but being able to rotate the chute from the cab would be nice. Is that part electric rather than hydraulic?
