Me Too! Even though it was Jim's idea, I am glad he sent me there.

BTW Becky, I may have to come by this weekend and talk numbers about getting a bigger tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Kioti informed us in the middle of May they would be up the beginning of June to check out the loader as well another tractor.

Kioti was here (in Maine) all day Thursday (yesterday) and 1/2 of Wednesday.

BearHawks tractor & loader was here for them to check out.

They are working on the fix
(saw the picture - on it's way here - remember the other post I made?)

One more opinion of mine -
Why don't those of you that have all Kioti's answers
Apply for a job with them.

I'm sure you all could do a much better job.

Aren't you being just a bit hard on some of the guys who are simply frustrated and would like to hear some response? I have not heard any real bashing from the guys with cracked loaders, only hopes of getting their "issue" addressed soon. I understand that you must be one of the larger dealers and you do a great job for your customers but, contrary to what you posted, I really don't believe that the average Kioti dealer sells 8 to 10 new Kioti tractors per month (your "do the math" post earlier). I think you are way off on your estimate there. My local dealer is a good hard working honest guy who puts his all into his dealership, but I doubt he sells but maybe one Kioti per month. I'm sure that there are a lot of other good dealers just like him that simply do not do the volume that you do. That doesn't make them a bad dealer.

It does, however, likely dictate that Kioti does not give them the attention that they give dealers your size. I'm not trying to say that you are not a good dealer, I just think you are being a bit harsh on some guys with issues and on the small dealers. No matter how minor an issue may seem to be with a new tractor, to the owner, it becomes more and more important the longer it is not addressed by the manufacturer. I believe that is all IslandTractor is saying. I'd have to guess his dealer is like my local dealer; a good honest hard working business owner who is trying to take care of his customer but is not seen quite as important as you by the manufacturer.

What about the people that don't have cracks as of yet? Is Kioti going to take care of those people. How about people whos warrenty is up? This needs to be a recall.. Don't you think?

Yeah I was probably a bit harsh - I was waiting on my lunch
Feeling better now. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Like I said the math was a ballpark estimate
I know there are alot of smaller volume dealers and there are some much larger ones also (like those guys down there in Texas /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif)
My point was just that there are alot of Kioti tractor owners out there. And not that many people at Kioti to take all the calls.

One thing you may not know is that each Kioti dealer has the option to call either Kioti or their dealer on the Kioti Dealer council

The Dealer Council talks a couple times a month
about Kioti issues, dealer issues and what they think would make Kioti better among other things

So if the Dealer that only sells 1 or 2 tractors a month (or any other Kioti dealer) feels that Kioti is neglecting him then they need to call the Dealer council or their territory rep
