Why don't those of you that have all Kioti's answers
Apply for a job with them.
I'm sure you all could do a much better job.)</font>
Aren't you being just a bit hard on some of the guys who are simply frustrated and would like to hear some response? I have not heard any real bashing from the guys with cracked loaders, only hopes of getting their "issue" addressed soon. I understand that you must be one of the larger dealers and you do a great job for your customers but, contrary to what you posted, I really don't believe that the average Kioti dealer sells 8 to 10 new Kioti tractors per month (your "do the math" post earlier). I think you are way off on your estimate there. My local dealer is a good hard working honest guy who puts his all into his dealership, but I doubt he sells but maybe one Kioti per month. I'm sure that there are a lot of other good dealers just like him that simply do not do the volume that you do. That doesn't make them a bad dealer.
It does, however, likely dictate that Kioti does not give them the attention that they give dealers your size. I'm not trying to say that you are not a good dealer, I just think you are being a bit harsh on some guys with issues and on the small dealers. No matter how minor an issue may seem to be with a new tractor, to the owner, it becomes more and more important the longer it is not addressed by the manufacturer. I believe that is all IslandTractor is saying. I'd have to guess his dealer is like my local dealer; a good honest hard working business owner who is trying to take care of his customer but is not seen quite as important as you by the manufacturer.
