CK30 HST Treadle

Found this in the Bobcat forum the other day. Decribes my scenario to a tee. Anyone else with this problem on a CK30 and what if anything has been done in the Kioti world? Curious as mine is now out of warranty as I just live with it, it never seem to get any worse, just sticks for a while then goes away.

Unfortunately, I'm all too familiar with this issue, and so is my dealer. In the end, they replaced my HST to resolve the issue. They did try everything in the bulletin you posted, made sure it was greased and tried adjusting it but they knew what the real problem was the second I described it on the phone. Kioti asked the dealer to take some pressure tests. The dealer pulled up part of the rubber floor and the ports were just in front of the filter under the floor. I don't know the pressure readings, all I know is that it was low. After some waiting, Kioti finally agreed to replace the HST when the tractor had about 70 hrs on it.
