CK30 sunshade & mid PTO

I honestly have thought the same thing. I have been able to get my tractor actually repaired quickly when one of my stabilizer broke. The dealer didn't have the part and it was shipped to him and replaced within 2 days of me bringing the tractor to him. I could have used the tractor minus the backhoe but he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He could have come to my place also but 90 miles from the dealer is something I choose to deal with. The only problem I have had with it was the order on the sunshade. Hopefully they will get on top of these soon as here in the NW our sun comes down as rain thus the main reason I want the sunshade.

Stephen I gave the local Kioti dealer a call today regarding these ISSUES I use for example on how last year the dealer's had difficulty receiving backhoes for the CK20. He then went on to say that these problem existed because kioti had not anticipated such strong sales and simply ran out of stock, now this dealer I'm talking about, I know him well enough to say he is no liar, and I believe him, but you know that's kind of beside the point, I don't know if kioti is aware that the competition is using these issues against them, but in my view kioti can't afford the luxury of the so call BACKORDER...cag

Anone who reads the other forums will recognize that all brands go through this at times. It is certainly not something limitied to Kioti. The problem is that Kioti and other brands don't make their own implements but buy from companies who MFG for other brands, and for themselves. Often, these manufacturers are making large orders for another company, and the others have to wait. This is VERY common. John

John I agree with you other brand's go through this,and I will even go on to say that this would not prevent me from buying the kioti brand, but I think you will agree that one should not wait over a year for a sunshade.... cag I notice I made a MISTAKE the sunshade as been on order since aug of last year, it as not been over a year...cag

Oh, there have been way too many waiting days for sunshades. I'm just not sure it's Kioti's fault as much as the MFG of the sunshades. If someone else is ordering more than Kioti, they'll wait their turn.
I know my dealer ordered shades and waited a very long time before he finally got them in. John

John your reply answered my question.. In my view.. The sunshade as been on B O for a couple of month's not very important, the backhoe on B O last year a bit more important,now as there been other implement's on B O, it's not important because this happen's to other brand's and it's not unusual.. I use the above as examples.. The MFG delivers the biggest order first, and smaller order's after. This answers my question on the B O issues. I would like to had that sometimes my question's and answers may sound malicious toward kioti, this is not done to insult you or any loyal kioti owner, I simply say it like it is, and I appreciate the patience you and other kioti owner's had ...cag

I might get bashed for this one, but here goes! Get your money back and make something else fit! Id look at some other sunshades if I were you. mcgrewequipment on Ebay and several others sell these for 100-200$. Get some measurements from some sellers and get as close as possible to the Kioti and you will be fine. Buy what you like and fabricate! Take your time and it will look great. You can add some nice mounts for front/rear worklights, a radio w/speakers, cigarette lighter (for your cell phone etc), cup holder, whatever. The scary thing is I have seen a real slick setup on a Kubota Grand L3130 and thats exactly what the guy did. He painted the steel to match his grey chasis/drivetrain, and the shade orange. I bet in the 4 months you have been waiting (and could still be waiting) you will make up a nicer, stronger unit in the end. Ive heard the same "gotta wait 6 months" garbage from 2 dealers up here as well. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif Im not waiting, but to each his own! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Honestly the sunshade is not something that is required. It is icing on the cake for me in a way honestly. I would like to have a matching sunshade for my tractor. If I do wait a whole lot longer I might be making one simular to what they have on the B21. I just haven't taken the time to do this as it isn't something I have to have right now. Mid summer if I don't have something I am likely going to be getting my money back on it and building something but until then I will wait for Kioti to finish building the cake.

I don't understand the big holdup on your sunshade.
Do the CK models take a special sunshade thats hard to come by or what /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
I got a sunshade for my DK 35 last year and had no problem getting it..
