The big difference is that Bob has looked at, driven, examined, and considered many makes. Your screen name says it all for you. We all see that and take that into consideration when reading anything you type. Unless it's a "Kioti", it's not up to par for you. Hopefully it's not news to you, but that's what everyone thinks as soon as they see your screen name. Nobody on TBN even remotely expects you to be non-biased in the least. Bob does not have his entire life tied to a particular brand of a tractor. He is free to make unbiased comments like most of the rest of us. It may seem like repetition to you since you are only looking for "Kioti", but it's not for all the rest of us.

You see Bob, every bit of this last part of your post was just unecessary. Do you not realize that people can read? </font>

John . . . Obviously NewJersey01 didn't read the beginning very well because if you scroll up, you will see he was responding to me. So apparently it does make sense to refresh the memories of some folks.

Jeff . . . as to the choices of machines, you asked about the L2800, the L3400 and the L3130, you have now received a variety of opinions. The one thing that many of us can agree upon is that you need to try out the tractors. I also recommend you interview the dealerships. Do a search or two about "good dealers" and you will find a lot of consensus on what makes a "good" dealer. Make sure the owner or salesman shows you the shop area, a thriving dealership will have a busy shop with several folks working there. Have them introduce you to the parts guys as well. Make sure you are comfortable with the dealership. The brand is less important because any of these tractors will do the jobs you need.

I guess you have found out by now that there is usually no way to discuss Kioti vs. Kubota in this forum. The answere to your original question would seem to be the CK30 is far better than the L2800. Remember, not all the Kioti loaders are cracking. A large number have and I have no doubt they will be fixed and redesigned. I still believe the CK30 outclasses the L3400 as well. Now if you want to step up to a 3130 then maybe a Kioti DK35 would be better. I really don't think you need that much tractor. If you are like me though, you will want more than what you think you will need. The DK35 would of done everything I needed, but I was replacing a Ford 3000 and wanted to stay near that hp for my usage. You will find problems with all tractors no matter of the make. I owned Fords and everyone of them had cracked loaders to some degree. Loader work is hard on a tractor. That is actually the one thing over time that I do expect to take the most abuse is the loader. Good luck in your choice. If you do buy a Kioti just remember don't change your screen name to anything with the word Kioti in it or you will be accused of being bias. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Just kidding fellas, don't attack me now. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

A really cheap shot coming from you Dargo. Anyone that truly knows how I answer questions knows that there are hundreds of posts where I recommended other brands.

It's always someone from another forum, another brand that makes the kind of statements you have made here. I suppose you're going to tell me now how things are just so bad in your life that you needed to take it out on me. That's always been your behind the scenes excuse.

Bob admitted some time ago, after spending many a typed moment telling all about Kioti earlier on, that he had not even seen a Kioti tractor. Finally he got around to doing so.

I've probably actually been ON more makes than he has.

That doesn't make me an expert, any more than Bob is.
