Kioti CK3510SE HST
Good afternoon,

My Kioti is in need of some new injectors. I’ve been trying to wrap my head around the different part numbers to get the correct injector at a reasonable price.

The Kioti part number on the current injector is F6805-53001. The Delphi part number is 28387256.

When looking up these injectors a Kioti injector is anywhere from $500-$900. And a Delphi injector is about $260. However, the same Delphi part number shows up in other tractors with different Kioti part numbers (F6800-53001 & F6800-53061).

Does anyone have experience cross referencing injectors, what works, what doesn’t?

Thanks in advance!

Even if you are able to cross it, you will still need to have your dealer program the new injector in the ECU. I would assume that the "injector code" on an injector purchased direct from Delphi would be the same "code" that Kioti uses if it is the exact same injector. But I've never done this so I don't know for sure.

Get a hold of Jeff at BROWNIES Tractor..
He just called me last week about the same thing..
I gave him the name of a Co. that rebuilds electronic injectors..
He called me back and said they can’t do the Kioti’s..
So I don’t know what he ended up doing..
He or Laura are very welcoming so don’t be afraid to ask.. especially if u tell’m,
the pump guy sent-cha..

Sorry for your problem, but I’m curious as to what issues you’re having that requires new injectors in what’s probably a low hour tractor?

I would try calling this place across the pond. Unbelievable, the price swing. 118 pounds is about 150 dollars….Unless we’re missing something in the translations.

I will also be buying at least one injector soon.
My symptoms: 370 hours: Loud Knocking sound. Engine was hard to start. It would idle and sound mostly normal, but as soon as the power was increased, the knocking began and white smoke came out of the exhaust.
Regarding the recoding... I will proceed and take whatever power I can get without recoding. I am pretty pissed that the damn computer codes are cryptic and you can't clear the codes with a normal ODB2 scanner. I doubt I will ever buy another Kioti since they seem to go out of their way to make it hard for DIY repair... which is pretty normal out on most farms.

With such low hours it would seem to me that fuel quality might be the root cause? Diesel is dirty and low on cetane compared to diesel in Europe. Plus diesel engines need to be worked hard, from time to time near the max rating, to reduce carbon buildup.
Oh, and JD was maybe the first to keep modern diagnostics proprietary…;>|

Yes, the cause of this was a bad batch of fuel (water and algae). Tractor has about 700 hours on it.

Thanks for your reply. It’s a good reminder to all, to be vigilant against fuel contaminants in our diesel fuel, from purchase point to storage and use.
