i have to clean my fuel filter for 1st time and wanted to know do i just soak it in kerosene?? How long or any thing special. The book on the B3030 says long as tank less than half full it will not keep flowing out. Any suggestions, thanks

clean fuel filter ? or change the fuel filter.....have cleaned the transmission screen filter with kerosene/diesel.....not quite sure of the question?

Clean fuel filter, At 100hrs manual says to clean filter and bowl with kearosine. Just wanted to know if cleaning fuel filter just mean't soaking it in kearonse for 15 mins or so?

The fuel filter is cheap. Just replace it. Very simple.

Maybe a language translation thing. Here are the steps....

1) remove old filter and discard
2) clean fuel bowl with clean diesel and a rag, wipe clean.
3) install new Kubota brand fuel filter

I guess it would be easier to just replace filter and then i do not have to buy keresine to clean.
