For those of you who want to keep your tractor looking brand new especially the ROPS bar.....you have to constantly watch your clearance near obstacles. As careful as I've tryed to be, the other day while pulling out of the garage, I clipped the handle on the open garage door, then after @#%@&&#@ up a storm did the same thing while cutting near the clothes line /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif...just some scratches on the ROPS but lots of cussing!!

Yep, those low limbs will do a number on you too.

No joke about low limbs. I was mowing around one of my Oak tree's and casually moved my head around a tree limb that was sticking out (my mind was thinking about something else while mowing). Next thing I know the front end of the BX2200 was coming off the ground. Luckily, my reflexes still work and I stopped it and backed up. I doubt there is any kind of safety switch but if I hadn't let off the gas I could have easily rolled her onto her back or worse. The tree limb and the ROPS were both scarred up. Wear your seatbelts!!
