Modern fracking doesn't use water at all... You need to get informed... Fracking has not contaminated 1, not 1, water well in the country. If you know of one speak up, when the senate hearing asked for environmentalist to bring evidence no one produce any.... HS

What? You couldn't be further from the truth. See what I mean about nobody wanting to mention overpopulation. You get zinged for just bringing it up. The first thing you have to do to solve a problem is to stop denying that there is a problem.

Born in Texas and been here for all of 55 years. Raised as a Baptist but can't tolerate the intolerance of "christens" anymore. Side with Republicans on business, reducing government by any means, and gun control, but agree with Democrats on birth control and abortion. Voting for Trump as there really is no other choice for the survival of the US. Educated in Electrical and mechanical engineering. Own my own business and always have. Would never take a subsidy or entitlement of any kind. Have always paid for my own and my employees insurance. Obo care just made it more expensive. Don't like to travel anymore. Work 7 days a week and will never retire. Have only one kid, because anymore would add to the overpopulation problem. Love my dog because he is a good companion and hunting dog. And consider myself a realist because I know this planet cannot survive with so many mouths to feed and lungs to fill with air.

I would not remove any of the worlds population. I would just stop making more babies, especially unwanted babies. If every couple only had one child, the population would correct itself in a few generations. And the best population for this earth is one where there won't be enough people to eat all the food, drink and pollute all the water, use all the air, cover all the earth with dwellings an concrete, and so on.

Abortion in China is legal and is a government service available on request for women except in cases of sex-selective abortion. In addition to virtually universal access to contraception, abortion is a way for China to contain its population in accordance with its one-child policy.

We Americans are a bit into ourselves. We think the environmental laws we legislate and enforce will "FIX" the World's problems. Silly people.

Oh I fully agree with you. I was not just talking about the US. But if we quit paying US citizens to have more babies, and we stop sending jobs and billions of dollars to other countries for absolutely no reason, they won't be able to afford all those babies. We don't have to build a wall. Just stop paying out entitlements and those who can't survive on their own will go somewhere else.

I am reminded of the bird feeder story. If you don't want birds crapping and squawking in your backyard, stop filling the bird feeder. The birds will have to learn to fend for themselves, and the population will take care of itself.

I don't think this forum is the place to discuss the political or moral nature of your question.
