Last fall we plowed our food plots, planted feed wheat and feed oats, disc lightly, and then spread white durana clover. I have mowed the plots a few times with bush hog about 6-8 inches high. With good rains this year the clover has done well, and the deer seem to enjoy it, weeds and all.
