Comer Gearbox

I'm trying to understand what this gearbox plate is telling anyone. I need to rebuild or replace the gearbox. I have been trying to decipher.

I found this PDF file which is a price list (google "comer" "U0.100.005.10" with the quotes in the search; the quotes tell google to make sure those strings are actually in the results)

The sheet is titled "Beaver Valley Supply Co., Inc." and is a recent date

My thought is that you may want to contact beaver valley supply and see if their parts department can help you.
