Comparing Hydraulics?

I didn't say that is was below par I just said it is middle of the road

We all agree it has alot of implement flow

Other things standout though
The tractor weight is good compared to Deere and Kubota but the TYM and Kioti out weigh it. Remember they are weighing this tractor with industrial tires everybody elsees weights are usually measured with the Ag tires

It has a 3 cylinder diesel which is strange for a 40 hp tractor. You do see 3 cylinders coming back in larger hps to meet Tier 3 and 4 but most in this size are 4 cylinders

Its PTO hp is about the same as most but the engine hp is rated at 2800 rpm

Mahindra does not list the wheelbase but by the length of the tractor you have to assume it is about 70" which is not bad but by no means close to the best.

The rest of their specs are good but not the best in class.

Overall I think Mahindra did a good job with this series of tractors. No tractor is going to be the best at everything. Their website touts it to be head and shoulders above everything. The 35 hp tractor is going to out spec everything because it is a 40 hp tractor with a 35 hp engine. The 40 hp tractor is very similar in specs to all the other 40 hp tractors that it.

If you want to run a hydraulic PHD on a compact tractor, don't buy one
that is intended for a skidsteer. I suggest the Worksaver 714H, which
works fine with 7GPM. I have used them on my backhoe.

Thanks for the tip. I've looked into a few models, and the McMillen specs at 6 to 15. I figured 11gpm is in the middle of the range. Here's a site that carries many of these brands. Including the Worksaver. Iowa Farm Equipment -- McMillen Skid Steer Post-Hole Diggers

Looking over the spec sheet between the 433 and the 4035 I cant see that much difference. It is a give and take. TYM has a little more hp, Mahindra has more 3 point capacity, TYM has a creeper range and Mahindra has a tighter turning radius. The reason i asked is because if youre saying Mahindra is middle of the road than your saying TYM is the middle of the road.

Of course Mahindra is shouting to the sky that they built the best tractor, what would you like them to say. I dont hear TYM saying anything different. I have owned a T400 and spent real time working the 35 series they both do a great job but it is one thing to bolt an Iseki chassis to a Kubota diesel and quite another to built a tractor from end to end from the ground up. I think they deserve a little credit, they built an engine that meets tier IV without using a turbo or any electronics, from scratch. That is very much not middle of the road.

The funniest thing about the tire comment besides it was ridiculous is the 433 on your web site has both industrial and ag tires. You should use that "TYM...R1...R4....heck we use them both...at the same time, NOBODY does that". I would be TYM's way of turning it up to 11.
