Cant get here fast enough.1+ on classic shell. It makes Win8 tolerable. Win 8.1 is rumored to bring back native desktop look as an option.

Drill down to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer

Change the value from 1 to (zero)
