That is true the NH 3pt has really good capacity.

it is not the capacity that I really like, it is the great design. Other than external tandem lift cylinders on Kubota Grand L the NH (Shibaura) design is the best in my estimation.

In a great design of Ford (shibaura) made tractor the 3 point lift system can be easily and inexpensively done by removing the cylinder head. No further dis assembly of the top cover in needed.

Ford design:





Kubota L-3400, the lift cover assembly entirely need to be removed, much more labor,:



Kubota Grand L,

In the best design yet in my estimation. If you notice you see two external lift cylinder that moves the lift arm. It afford much simplicity of cylinder repair, much greater lift and other option. Although Grand L does not have down force capability on the bigger rigs you can also push down as well and that is great option to have.
