here is a picture of concrete posts. I took this picture at a building supply in France. They also use concrete for their power poles.

Your going to want to have/make a concrete vibrating table. How to make a vibrating table for about $50.00.

Maybe the drawing will help explain what I meant.

Instead of using a PVC pipe cast in the post to bolt the boards.

How about a slot in the post to bolt the boards. The slot would give wiggle room to adjust the board.

Those are the same style as the ones that I saw when I was in Argentina. They had those wires through them and they attached woven fence wire to the through post wires.

These were cast on site with the forms per the plans on the PDF file. I still have the forms, just not ready to start making posts. I think I have a pic of the forms, but it could take a while to find.
