Want one machine to do it all? I vote Kubota B2601. Lots of bang for the bucks. Especially now that they have pretty much all the premium features of B50 series.

Here's what they can do (mine is the older version of the B2601) There are pics where you can see the lawn cutting quality too.

Lots of people like the tractor and zero turn combination, but I like one machine that can do it all. I already have enough stuff I have to maintain around here so if I can eliminate something all the better.

So your B21 is effectively an older model of the current B26, albeit with a bit less HP and maybe a bit more weight. If you need a backhoe with that level of strength and durability, I think you could get a B26. Refer here: https://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/kubota-owning-operating/213684-b26-mower.html

It's not clear to me what sort of mower you'd want. You could put a rear finish mower on it, or a bush hog, or a flail mower, depending on your needs. I seem to recall the B26 doesn't take a MMM, and the FEL isn't removable (the backhoe is), personally I'd want the FEL off for mowing, particularly if it's hilly.

If you don't really need that level of TLB, then a B2601 or B2650, with optional backhoe if you need one, would take a MMM and the FEL is removable. Either would also take a small rear finish mower or bush hog. Either would do what you describe, I might lean towards a B2650 with spacers given you're hilly, and a B2650 has a bit more height for driving a 3pt hitch auger.

Of course, an L or Grand L would also do an excellent job of it. How much money do we have to spend? And if you're not looking new there are a lot of other options too. Do you need a cab? That limits also what options you have.

I only have 3 acres and have a zero turn to mow with and a new bx2380 to do other stuff with. No tractor can mow as conveniently as a zero turn and nothing else can replace a tractor with a fel and the other stuff a person can hook up to it. I only wish I'd bought the tractor seventeen years ago when we built on this little property.

IMO you are set with what you have.
