I have a L35 and am looking to add a quick attach front bucket. do these things last or is it better to stay old school...

I am looking to put on a grapple and want to be able to change back and forth.

What or who would be the most economical quick attach, the brush rake/grapple, and hydraulics?

Hate to hyjack a thread.
But what I would like is the quick attach with a blank back side instead the FEL piviot point mounts. That way I could weld my QA mount to the back of the SSQA. Then I wouldn't lose the use of my bucket. Just a thought.

The L35 is a medium size TLB. I have a Millonzi "light duty" LD48 grapple on my Kioti DK40se which has similar or a bit more lift capacity. I think the LD48 is without much question about the least expensive grapple out there ($850). It has served me very well and I have pushed it to the tractor's limits without hurting the grapple at all. No sense paying $3000 for a grapple when an $850 version does all you need. I had a Hurst QA adapter for my first tractor and a standard Kioti QA now. I believe that Millonzi now makes their own QA adapter but I don't know the price.

You can run a grapple from rear remotes if you have a set (just costs the price of two 18-20 feet pieces of hydraulic hose and connectors. If you don't have rear remotes already then the best priced solution is a toss up between adding a set of rear remotes or installing a diverter valve (eg
WR Long) for about $600 or so.

For the L35 you might also want to consider WR Long's new grapple:

The 48" version weighs 357 pounds and only has one grapple. Retails for around $1095.
They also make a 56",64" and 72" with 2 grapples as shown in the pic.

That new WRLong looks like it is designed to compete head to head with Millonzi. I'd attribute the price difference to the fact that you can buy the Millonzi direct from the manufacturer while WRLong continues it's policy of sales only through dealers who obviously need to make a profit too.
