Can I set this cat 1 box grader up to work with a cat 2 quick hitch? I’ll be using it with my Kubota M7060.

Not likely. Further, the 7060 is capable of turning that box blade into scrap before you can get your foot on the clutch.

I agree with RickB, way to small and light duty to be using behind an M7060. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and get a unit that belongs behind a tractor of that size and capabilities. ;)

If the width is right just slide on bushing over the cat 1 pins and be happy, you won't tear it up but probably not wide enough

If the QH is Cat II and the BB is Cat I do you really think the width will be “right”?

A couple of my Cat II implements are narrower than my rear tire width. Doesn't bother the operation, one bit, in my opinion. However, and a BIG, however - unless you are exceedingly careful - Rick B's post #2 WILL happen. Do yourself a favor and get a CatII box blade. You are NOT saving money getting a CatI implement.

I have an Cat 1 box blade that came with my old L4630. I bushed for use with my M6040 and have had no issues with it.
Of course, I mostly use it for snow removal which is pretty light use.
The minimal amount of earth moving I do won't ever damage it.

The Cat II quick hitch is the real show stopper here. Of course if the OP has torches and a welder anything is possible.

Inode, it appears you already own the box blade. Yes, a higher HP tractor could cause it to bend, however, if you watch what you're doing and go slow you can easily determine what will damage it before it happens. Spend $10 and buy a couple of bushing for the 3pt pins and one for the top link and see how it does. CountyLine Category 2 to 1 Lift Arm Bushing at Tractor Supply Co.
