Converting my bucket to a SS Quick Attach

Then I turned the bucket on the edge so I could weld the sides on the flat. I'm not a great welder, so I like to take every advantage by positioning my material to make it as easy as possible to get a good weld.

Then I let Peyton loose with the spray paint. This is one situation where there's no such thing as too much paint.

Then I cut and welded on the brackets for the eye bolts. This time, it was real simple and only took about an hour from start to finish.

After tightening the eye bolts, I lifted up the front end of the tractor with the bucket and left it there for awhile. It's too muddy out to really test it on the dirt, but I think it has a pretty good chance or working out.

Very strong setup with the eyebolts. I figure it must have been flex that gave enuf room for your pins to escape the implement slots. Mine engage a good bit. If I ever have trouble I will keep your remedy in mind.

The extra eyebolt locks look like a very reasonable solution to fix the problem. Good thinking on that one.
