I’ve repaired the gearbox drive failed bearings on my 80 inch tiller and will be replacing the 90 weight gear oil with corn head grease as has been recommended and that’s what I’m going to do. I have two tubes of John Deere corn head grease to fill the gearbox. I’m looking for a suggestions on how much to put into the gearbox, should some 90 weight oil be added as well, and the best suggested method of getting the grease into the gearbox through the oil fill hole. I could figure it out on my own, but I know someone has already done it and has a Good method of putting the grease in and how much. Thanks for the help.
