Not sure if this was posted but here is the pollution over aisa right now, before and after Covid-19.
Coronavirus: Nasa images show China pollution clear amid slowdown - BBC News

I believe that was posted on C/V # 1 or 2. It's worth posting again though, it's pretty amazing how quickly the air cleared.
Exactly where I got that line. Thanks for posting!

These threads are at times getting pretty testy. A little humor attempt....

You know that you're getting old when references to classic movies get that blank stare from younger coworkers...
OOPS, wrong thread. :D

I drove past a farm stand up in Aroostook County last week which had stacks of 5 pound bags of dried beans for sale. I thought about stopping but already have several pounds in the cupboard; as well as another 1/2 bushel or so which still needs to be shelled.

A day before that a store in the nearby village of Danforth apparently announced on FB that they had enough supplies on hand to stock the entire town for a year... two hours later they posted that they were sold out.

My wife went to the grocery this morning. We live outside a smaller framing community but as she expected, no TP, no packaged chicken, no pork, little hamburger but lots of Johnsonville Brats which is good with her (and me). Plenty of booze, no bottled water in jugs, plenty of sports drinks, cereal no frozen pizza's. I have a feeling there will be a lot of spoiled food that could have been eaten if people actually used their heads for something other than to space their ears apart.........

Haven't touched the root cellar or the freezers yet. My big concern at this point is, if Martial Law in enacted, the urban rats will come looking and while I don't condone violence, don't come sniffing around here with malicious intent. Won't have a good ending.

Crazy times........

.. Most people I know go to JCPenny's for a suit. A few who are more affluent visit a tailor. I've never known anybody to get one from a lawyer. He must have listed it on CL? :D

^^^ Must be tough stuff if you have to file it.

Yes, I did shop lawyers online. There be will NO filing of suits for quite some time.

Good news is that I was invited to grind as many skirts as I have time for. :)

I would not get worried about the citiodts. We are a long way from that.

With all this going on about covid-19, I'm doing something positive to bring my spirits up, I'm cooking a roast with carrots and taters.
