If you will remember the stopping of the China flights happened in January and the flights from Europe later when it became apparent that was a danger also. Look different people will always put a different lens on anyone's actions. and No one can argue that the CDC with its worthless and slow testing regime did nothing to help this situation, But you would like to pin it on Donald J. Trump. "its his fault". Sure, go ahead. Tell me how you would have done it better?

By the way, I see some hospitals are using a chamber with vaporized hydrogen peroxide and some other methods to sanitize masks. I know I know Donald J. Trump suggested we look into this, so you and others will be against this move. And so it goes.

Exactly. Trump is throwing a Hail Mary because he has completely screwed up the initial response and knows he is going to be roasted for it in the Fall. His prayer is that he can stake a claim for a Nobel Prize in Medicine and arrange a parade of 500,000 medics in Washington DC. Fat chance, but anything to take the public's eye off of what really happened in Jan/Feb/ to mid March will work for him at this point.

My evidence is dozens of doctors coming forward and saying it does work. My evidence is governor Cuomo ordering testing of it in NY, my evidence is the governor of Michigan going from wanting to prosecute doctors for using it to allowing it to be used in michigan. YOUR the only doctor I have heard that doesn't want to try this drug. AND I know your political proclivities and I feel sure it colors your perception of this drug. Look, I am enough of a scientist to know that until a drug is proven effective it isn't effective no matter anecdotal reports, HOWEVER there is nothing to lose in using this drug. AND the side effects of this drug have been severely overblown by people with TDS. Take a good hard look Dr. and tell me your biases don't color your scientist point of view. What is there to lose by giving a person nearing death a drug that "may" or "may not" work? NOT A DARN THING. Don't talk to me about side effects.
