Makes good sense to me, if you trucks can drop off the new one, then your trucks can pick it up when it needs serviced too.

Thats odd then b/c my dealer was prepared to ship in a tractor from IN/OH so I wouldnt have to order. As I understood it that would be done by a 3rd party.

The rules must have changed very recently b/c how would any dealer sell via the net w/o going to a 3rd party shipper? OK, they could do business locally but that sort of negates the attraction of using the net as a sales medium.
On a side note...its easy to assume most people buy over the net but in reality I think the number is *very* small. Itll take another generation or two for it to become truly common place....if it does at all.
