I agree, the cost is more than just fuel.
better to not have to pay for another machine ($$$$) to save 196 dollars a month on fuel. My car cost 600 a year just to insure. I can't imagine buying a second vehicle, spend another 600 dollars a year just to save 1800. And then the upkeep? I won't go there. And the depreciation!

I understand the savings. But, where am I going to put the 250# syrup drums, the t-posts, the barb wire and the gooseneck ball? Oh, and my softness showing... where's the A/C and heater controls?
BTW, $196 per month still won't cover most new car payments I've looked at by the time you add in the insurance and interest.
But to each his own.

The scooter is $4500.00 and the insurance is 300.00 a year for full coverage. This scooter is for people that have to drive 30 or 100 miles oneway to work everyday.
