I think for the money it's hard to beat granite. You can go stupid crazy with granite prices too but typically the basic stuff is quite reasonable and will last forever.

I sure am happy with mine. But some of the new fangled stuff is cool too. Lots of good choices these days.

Almost to the end. Still have to grout tiles and put up floor and crown molding.
