.hopefully won't be of a Kubota laying on it's side.

It can even happen on flat ground...as MFLB posted previously. Image of his B7800 Kubota attached. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Tie off to a truck on the top of the hill. That's what they did to pave the track at Talladega. The banks are so steep you can't walk up them. JC

Even a little weight will make a difference. Case in point, (no pun intended) my older Case 4x4 has the battery box on the right side and the cab access ladder on the left. With two large batteries, the right side is heavier. I always keep the box on the high side when I mow sideways on a hill. It feels much more stable.

When I mow on hilly terrain which is most of my land, I always wait until the grass is dry.

I assume that you have your wheels set out as far as possible?

Do you have fluid in the rear tires?

Would be the one biggest thing you can do. I'm used to farm tractors, was scared - um, better use a polite phrase, was just plain scared driving the compact I got - until I got fluid in the rears. My big baling tractor has fluid in all 4 tires - many gallons, the rear tires are about as tall as me - and it keeps that rig planted on the road ditches, even as tall as that tractor is.

Widening the stance - moving the rear wheels out wider - will also do a lot, if possible.

Rear wheel ballast is the ticket for you. In both sides, not just one! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Tires are at max width and are filled so I have that going for me. Hooking to another vehicle on the uphill side sounds interesting. Wonder if I can get my wife to run parallel at the same speed?
