Well thanks for all of the responses that I have gotten over the last few days. We have come to a conclusion on the porch issue, since we are getting a friend to build the house he said we could do things to help cut costs. We have decided to do the interior painting and the tiling. That alone should cut the cost thousands of dollars. If that isn't enough to get the porch than I'll figure something else out. We just want to keep the houseplan the way it is. Thanks again and I'm sure that I'll be back to ask many more questions.
