Coverit All Weather Shelter - Anyone Have one ?

I am 2/3 done with erecting a ClearSpan 26' x 24" round two door shelter. The directions are fairly good. I also struggled with connecting the swaged pipe sections together to form the arch trusses. Tight fit and difficult to push together even with help. Instead of filing the swaged part, I sprayed silicone lubricant on the swaged end and the receiving end of the other pipe section. This made it fairly easy to connect the pipes fully with a twisting motion. Prior to the silicone spray, it was extremely difficult to connect the curved pipe ends. I still need to do some realignment and then anchoring of the structure before placing the end covers and main cover. Took two afternoons to get this far. The person at clearspan did recommend 2 x 6 boards be placed under the perimeter of the shelter to help with the leveling.

go to www.alsdiscount.com and click on contact Al...he has nothing good to say and refers to a newspaper article that claims the Conn Atty Gen has a big judgment against Cover It and that they were changing their corporate name etc. The article is dated several months ago and others are still getting deliveries. go figure...can't always trust the internet

I agree Junkman but in this case Al was a distributor for cover it. If accurate, it is a case of buyer beware, that's all.
