we bought that f250 6.0psd for 2k$ fromt eh junkyard. runs great. has intact front end ( 2wd ).. and cab forward metal and plastic is good. bed is beat up.. tires rough... interior ragged.
we got it to take quarter panels, hood, front clip, radiator, and cooler and ac parts off of to put on another f250 we have that a paylaoder backed into. I stole the $$ alt off it and it was quite convienient.
I think int he end we will ahve stripped about 3000-4000$ of parts off it.. and still have a good engine, 2wd tranny and rear end. can dell those at auction.. or sell the tranny and keep the rear and engine as a spare for our 2 f250's then sell the fram and ballance to the scrapper. heck the engine is worth a good bit if sold too..
might save rear axle too..
