Hi every one,I've been checking out the site.It seems pretty cool.Like reading the forums .I've been looking for an old tractor for years to work on(I love old machines),and finally found one.A 1949 John Deere model A.Its a monster compared to most of my other hobbies.My life long girlfriend said"Are you crazy!!!"."Yea"I replied "I probably am". I told that story to the old timer I bought it from,and He said his wife asks him that all the time.(he buys & sells old tractors fore fun & maybe a few extra bucks). So I feel I should learn something about it,and use it fore something,so I don't seem quite so crazy.It looks like this site is an excellent source for ideas and resources .
