Cross threaded spark plug in 50cc 4 wheeler

is the face the plug gasket sets on true? it will need to be.

Not really. I plan on trying to really flatten it out with a dremel or something. Can't really get an angle grinder or file or anything to the area.

and endmill may do it... if you have a steady hand, MAYBEE a flat face cylindrical, fine cut stone in a drill press, with head flat and centered.

if it is rough cast surface, yeah, hont seal worth a darm
