Ct332 overheating

I have a 2005 ct332 812hrs, replaced a starter this weekend and now it is overheating on me, I replaced the thermostat flushed the collent threw the motor and threw the radiator, replaced the radiator cap, there is no oil in in the new collent, nor the oil gaining fluid, the head gasket is not leaking and the water pump isn't leaking, I also pressure washed and degreased the radiator and the hydrologic can see threw all coils, don't know what to do now besides replace the water pump, it will over heat in about 15min of use but cool down in 5min while idling, any help would be nice thanks

What is the outside temp when this is happening?

Can you get at it from the top or was the radiator or fan removed ?

First of all define what you mean by overheating. Is there water boiling out of the rad or does the temperature light or gauge show warmer than normal?

Second buy an infrared thermometer. They are not expensive and if you point it at the thermostat housing then you can see exactly when the thermostat opens and closes. It could be just that your gauges are reading wrong.

Lastly I once worked on a VW Beetle that over heated going down the road but was cooled down to normal by the time you came to a stop. Turned out to be a broken plastic impeller on the water pump. The impeller would clamp down on the shaft at idle but as the revs went up it would start spinning in the shaft.
