Yeah I would not want to go with these guys for a few reasons. First of all that is less than what cost is on that loader. Secondly you will, like you said, have to get the right hydraulic hoses, valve, etc. to match your tractor. Thirds is the fact that they said there is no warranty, why would they not offer a warranty on a new loader? And last but not least why would they not offer a manual with a new loader? I would try your local Cub Cadet dealer first or I can give you a quote on the "complete package" if you would like.

Quote on the 812 loader for my 5234D....$2540 out the door, Yes, it also includes installation. Yes, it's from a Cub dealer with the Cub warranty.

You can also go anywhere that sells Woods loaders. Woods makes the Cub loader and they also sell the same thing (Woods model 1005 Loader) with Woods badging and you can get it Cub Cadet yellow.

The MF dealer in my neighborhood, who is also a Woods dealer, can install the FEL on my 5234D. The MF dealer price was very competitive. The point is, you don't necessarily have to go to your Cub dealer for the loader, there are other options so you can shop the price.
