We have sold a Bunch of Both Models. You can't go wrong with either one!! I would buy from the dealer that you feel the Best about.

I agree look at em both a good dealer will either let you play abit on em
or send you to a customer who has one to talk to them about it.
I have had my 2400 for about a year I love it the only thing I havent liked is the blower
it was built way to light for the power of the tractor.
however a few pounds of steel welded here and there and it is one outstanding solid unit.
they just underestemated the traction and power of the machine

I see there are questions about the one lifting cylinder, I went to Cats web site and looked at there loader/backhoes there large units with over 100hp have on cylinder. If it works for them, it should work for smaller tractors. Just my .02 worth.
